Biyorem BioSorb
Soil Cleaning
Bioremediation product that cleans up all types of oil and its derivatives in soil, sand, and plants.
Field of Use – Soil and Petroleum Pollution Remediation
BioSorb is a bioremediation product designed for the treatment of soil, sand, and vegetation contaminated by petroleum, mineral oils, and petroleum derivatives. It is ideal for use in industrial sites, storage areas, construction zones, and contaminated natural environments.
BioSorb Application Method
BioSorb is evenly spread over the contaminated surface until the spill area is completely covered. The product is then mixed with the polluted soil to ensure effective absorption of hydrocarbons.

BioSorb Application Guidelines & Bioremediation Process
BioSorb bioremediation technology can be applied on-site or off-site and offers a solution that is more practical, efficient, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective than traditional remediation methods.
Recommended dosage:
BioSorb should be used at approximately 1/5 of the amount of contaminated soil. The dosage may be increased depending on pollution concentration (PPM level).
Application steps:
-
Spread BioSorb over the contaminated area
-
Mix the product thoroughly with the polluted soil
-
Ensure contact with deeper contaminated soil layers
Upon contact, BioSorb encapsulates hydrocarbons, preventing them from leaching into deeper soil layers or groundwater, effectively containing the contaminated area.
The application requires only basic tools such as shovels, rakes, or plows. After mixing, a visible improvement can be observed.
To activate the bacteria contained in BioSorb, the treated area is watered to maintain a soil moisture level of 15–30%. The bacteria biologically degrade hydrocarbons.
-
Effective temperature range: 4.5°C to 49°C
-
If temperatures drop below 4.5°C, activity can be maintained using black plastic covering
Depending on climate conditions, soil structure, and weather, the bioremediation process is completed within 90 to 240 days. Hydrocarbons are converted into water and carbon dioxide, leaving behind a harmless biomass.
A detailed application protocol is available upon request.
